Across the MDC network are 55,000 square feet of combined production studios with production office locations including Los Angeles, New York, London, Toronto and Detroit.

Agencies Hecho Studios, Doner/Underground Studios, Ming Studios, Catch & Release and Unreasonable Studios are pivoting and delivering for their clients by leveraging existing assets, UGC, stock and archived footage, and motion graphics. It is an innovative approach to a discipline that can no longer operate in the traditional manner we’ve all grown accustomed to. Until live shoots are safe, this approach enables our clients to continue their momentum and ensure production is not halted during this critical time for them.

During this time we’re working remotely.  Our industry is no stranger to shifting timelines and budgets but given the current climate and the need to work from home, new productions are inevitably being halted, postponed or revised.  In order to succeed during this time we need the ability, now more than ever, to be agile and pioneer a new way of making great work.  Being agile and resourceful are core values to the MDC family of agencies and enables us to continue producing best in class work for our clients.

City of Detroit | The Underground

Created over a weekend, in-house director, Zeke Anders, shot content featuring the inspiring and proud statements emblazoned on buildings in Detroit. The content was edited and produced remotely.

Produced in partnership with 72andSunny. Created using stock footage, user-generated content combined with motion graphics and shot at home. Shot and produced in 6 days, from start to completion.

Produced in partnership with Catch&Release.  This work was produced in 5 days from brief to delivery.  Hecho both developed the creative and produced it, all under one roof.
