Challenge: Tillamook was being lumped into the broader "mass cheese" market (ie Kraft) and limited to PNW sales.
Strategy: Bring the “good food” scrutiny to the dairy category for the first time with a “dairy done right” mission
Results: 13% increase in Household Penetration in 2020. One of the fastest growing multi-category national dairy brands.
Cheerios
Challenge: Cheerios was battling a 10 year volume decline and a stigma as a “middle of the store” brand.
Strategy: Re-position Cheerios as food that is good for you and does good in the world with “Good Goes Round”.
Results: 2X positive sentiment, 20M social engagements, and first meaningful share and volume growth after 20 years of decline.
Adidas
Challenge: Adidas had fallen to #3 in the sports shoes/apparel space, with no clear POV in sport.
Strategy: Reposition Adidas as the champion of creativity in sport with “Here To Create”.
Results: 18% Increase in Global Sales. Reclaimed #2 spot in global sportswear.
Samsung
Challenge: Samsung was 5th in US mobile market, competing with Android devices in an iPhone world. Our goal was to create a 2-horse mobile race: Apple vs Samsung.
Strategy: Apple was making people wait for technology that was already available in Samsung devices. The Next Big Thing, is already here.
Results: 5th to 1st in the US Market. Yes, you read that right.
Smirnoff
Challenge: Smirnoff was fading in an increasingly crowded Vodka market filled with flashy newcomers touting exclusivity.
Strategy: Restore sophistication and edge by celebrating the brand's chequered past and infamous roots.
Results: 12% Increase in Global Sales over 8 month period!
